This week we're putting the spotlight on Quebec, and its famous faces. Our Natasha Gargiulo sat down with comedian Sugar Sammy to talk about his risky shows and controversial sense of humour!

The French Canadian comedian was the first person to create an entirely bilingual comedy show, something people in the industry thought would never work. He tells us "I tried to propose it to a few producers and everybody said this will not work." Their main reason being, "You're never going to get francos and anglos in the same room."

Well Sugar proved them wrong, he's now one of Quebec's top comedians, performing sellout shows all around the province. In his own words: "It's just a great big party on stage."

Most people think his humour is controversial, but that doesn't stop the comedian from changing. He tells us his "targets are everyone, honestly. For me, especially in Quebec, it's painting a picture of Quebec that has never been painted before."
